The common rotary drilling rig, namely the rotary drilling rig with positive circulation mud flushing, consists of a tower, a winch, a rotary table, a drilling tool, a mud pump, a faucet, a motor, etc. During operation, the power machine drives the rotary table through the transmission device, and the driving drill rod drives the drill bit to rotate the broken rock layer at a rotation speed of 30 to 90 revolutions per minute. The mud is pumped and pressurized by the mud pump and then is pressed into the hollow drill rod through the faucet above the drill rod, flows downward into the drill bit, and is ejected from the nozzle to cool and lubricate the drill bit; Debris from the bottom of the well is taken out of the wellhead through an annular channel outside the drill pipe. after settling in the settling tank, mud flows back to the mud tank for recycling. Some rotary drilling rigs are equipped with mud pumps and air compressors at the same time.
Spt 300 drilling rig can be towed and moved by tractors and other tractors, so it is convenient and fast to move and has good maneuverability. This drilling rig is equipped with 108 x 108 x 7500 mm Kelly and Φ 89x6000 mm sub - drill rod.
